Children
Ashland Church offers a variety of age-specific ministries specifically for children. Each week during our Sunday worship service we provide childcare in our nursery for newborns through age 3. Older children ages 4 through fifth grade participate in worship with their parents through the first half of the service, and after having a unique experience called "Picnic with the Pastor", they are dismissed to W.O.W. (Worship Our Way) with their own unique theme song. During W.O.W. students sing songs, have devotions, and experience worship that is engaging for their age.
Following worship we offer Sunday School for all ages. Children's current age groups are nursery, Preschool, and K-5th grade learning the Bible in fun ways that makes kids want to learn. The youth (6th-12th grades) are taught by our Youth minister, Gary Ingle who has a Master's of Divinity and relates the Bible at the student's level. The adults are facilitated in Bible Study by Pastor Jeff Cooper.
We also offer a variety of awesome events throughout the year for children to have fun and be involved. Some of these opportunities include Family Fun Nights, a Family Fun Day, Summer Church Camps, and more!
